PVRM
Position, Velocity, and Resistance Meter
The Position, Velocity, and Resistance Meter (PVRM) is a clinician-friendly wearable medical device that assesses muscle disorders (e.g., spasticity, rigidity) by quantifying the kinematic and kinetic metrics of the patient's limb. Funded by the OSF JUMP ARCHES program, our lab (Human Dynamics and Controls Lab - HDCL) and I developed the PVRM and conducted pre-clinical trials with patients with muscle disorders.
