SELF-DESTRUCTING SMART BULLET

I was part of the Purdue Materials Science and Engineering Team that developed a novel bullet design capable of stopping the intended target while protecting others. The bullet renders itself non-lethal after it travels through a certain distance. The design was awarded a U.S. patent (US 9,958,243 B2).
